Flexible order processing
Efficient order planning is the foundation for economic success in transportation and logistics. BlueLOGICO® supports dispatchers in handling orders, selecting the most suitable route and driver for each order. In BlueLOGICO®, orders can be created directly or imported. If drivers use the TEOS® app or the DriverDisplay, orders can be sent directly to the driver's tablet or smartphone via a secure data connection. If a new destination needs to be reached during the journey, the dispatcher can simply enter the new intermediate destination in BlueLOGICO®, and the driver's tour will be adjusted. Through intelligent real-time route adjustment, the planned route is optimized, and the driver can start and follow the adjusted tour on the smartphone.

All information for the driver
In the TEOS® app and the DriverDisplay, drivers have access to relevant information about the order as well as order-related input options. Thus, the driver can indicate the status of the order (e.g., in progress) in the app. The information and status updates are displayed to the dispatcher in BlueLOGICO®, keeping them up to date.

Effective communication
To be even more flexible in communication, drivers and dispatchers also have the option to communicate via a secure data connection using free text. In the message center, drivers and dispatchers can also easily confirm free text messages using accompanying response options. This ensures that drivers are not distracted during the journey and can focus on their core tasks.
Always on the best routes
Flexible order control requires a system that converts the created orders into efficient tours. BlueLOGICO® uses an intelligent algorithm for automatic route planning. Various parameters such as driver's driving times or freight restrictions are taken into account in the calculation.
