BlueLOGICO® serves as the flagship and control center of our telematics system. It collects, manages, and analyzes all data from your fleet. The data originates from installed telematics boxes as well as remote downloads from the tachograph. Alternatively, the TEOS app can serve as a source of information if no box is installed in the vehicle.

Telematics box
Upon request, a telematics box is installed in the vehicle, which captures vehicle data such as vehicle position, driver status (DTCO), and remaining driving time. The data from the DTCO and the driver are automatically retrieved and sent to the company. In BlueLOGICO®, all data is consolidated and available to the dispatcher.

The App for driver
The entry into powerful fleet management has never been easier.
The TEOS® app is the cost-effective control center for your drivers, serving as an alternative to the DriverDisplay. It provides the opportunity to utilize advanced features of your BlueLOGICO® even without an installed telematics unit!
Live information
The TEOS® app provides not only the current positions and driven routes of individual drivers but also many other important live information. This allows drivers to enter their current activities and document them in real-time. Predefined activities make operation very easy.
Communication
The TEOS® app enables efficient communication between the driver and the dispatcher. Messages can be sent from the driver's smartphone to the dispatcher and vice versa using the TEOS® app.
This fundamentally simplifies communication and saves a lot of phone calls and money.
Events & Incidents
With the Events & Incidents module, the position of your vehicles is compared with the Points of Interest (POIs) you have created. Once a vehicle equipped with the TEOS® app enters a zone defined by you, a notification is sent to you. For example, arrival and departure times at the warehouse need to be recorded for each vehicle. An event is defined to trigger a notification upon entering or exiting the search area around the previously defined POI 'Warehouse'.

The TEOS® app enables GDPR-compliant communication between dispatcher and drivers. With its easy operation and clear, predefined response options, you ensure that the driver looks where he should - namely at the road.
Create new tours in your BlueLOGICO® and send them directly to your driver's smartphone via the TEOS® app. In addition to the order information, the driver receives the navigation destination and starts navigation directly from the app.
The digitized fleet is in your hands! Utilize digital forms and PDFs to finally free your fleet from paper madness. Allow delivery notes to be signed directly on your drivers' smartphones, and much more.
If the data from the tachograph (DTCO) in the truck is remotely accessed via BlueLOGICO®, a remaining driving time calculation is performed. This information is also made available to the driver in the TEOS® app, showing, for example, their current remaining driving time until the next break or daily rest period, and much more. (A box installed in the truck is required for this function).
With the freely definable driver statuses, you enable the driver to easily input their current activity (e.g., for time tracking) and have quick access to, for example, fuel forms, photos, accident reports, and much more. Through the driver status, virtual devices can also be set up.
Through this feature, silos, roll-off containers, or other equipment can be virtually placed on the map so that the dispatcher can see their locations and a driver can easily locate them using the TEOS® app. The identification of the equipment can be ensured through NFC chips, QR codes, or number input. If the driver cannot find the silo or roll-off container, no problem! With the TEOS® app, they can use the radius search to locate virtually placed equipment in the vicinity and start navigation with the push of a button.
Based on the data from the driver style analysis, our software generates real-time driver training and delivers it through the TEOS® app. The driver receives important information and instructions regarding their driving style directly on their smartphone. The driver is shown in real-time how to drive the tour optimally with an adjusted driving style, saving fuel costs, and avoiding accidents. (For this function, a box installed in the truck and an activated FMS interface from the truck are necessary)
Alternatively to the regular login to the TEOS® app, the driver can also log in with an NFC chip on their driver's license by holding it on the back of their phone or tablet. This automatically ensures that the driver also has their driver's license. The logins with the driver's license are logged in BlueLOGICO®, allowing you to prove that you regularly check the possession of the driver's license.

Die Live-Restlenkzeiten helfen nicht nur dem Disponenten bei der Planung, sondern auch dem Fahrer, um selbst aktiv Bußgelder und Verstöße zu verhindern. Das BlueLOGICO® DriverDisplay wird standardmäßig mit einer robusten LKW-tauglichen Halterung ausgeliefert wo einerseits für einen festen Halt und eine ergonomische Bedienung gesorgt ist, das Tablet aber andererseits leicht vom Fahrer herausgenommen werden kann um z.B. einen Lieferschein vom Kunden unterzeichnen zu lassen oder an einen NFC-Chip zu halten um einen Container aufzustellen.

LKW-Navigation
Das BlueLOGICO® DriverDisplay beinhaltet eine LKW-Navigation mit anpassbaren Routenprofilen, Umweltzonen und Allem was dazu gehört. Optional können Verkehrsmeldungen über einen Internet-Dienst an das DriverDisplay übertragen werden damit die Navigation auf aktuelle Verkehrssituationen reagiert.
Das BlueLOGICO® DriverDisplay wird standardmässig gesperrt ausgeliefert. Damit kann es bedient werden wie ein klassisches Navigationssystem. Beim Einschalten kann nur die DriverDisplay App gestartet werden und sonst nichts und der Fahrer wird nicht von den vielen möglichen Funktionen eines Tablets abgelenkt. (Auf Kundenwunsch kann diese Funktion natürlich deaktiviert werden und das DriverDisplay ist wie ein normales Tablet nutzbar.) Sollte das DriverDisplay entwendet werden, kann es von der Ferne zurückgesetzt, gelöscht bzw. wiedergefunden werden.
Die TEOS®-App ermöglicht mit eine DSGVO-konforme Kommunikation zwischen Disponent und Fahrern. Mit der einfachen Bedienung und klaren, vorgegebenen Antwortmöglichkeiten sorgen Sie dafür, dass der Fahrer dorthin sieht, wo er hinsehen soll - nämlich auf die Straße.
Legen Sie neue Touren in Ihrer BlueLOGICO® an und senden Sie diese über die TEOS®-App direkt auf das Smartphone Ihres Fahrers. Der Fahrer erhält zusätzlich zu den Auftragsinformationen das Navigationsziel und startet direkt aus der App heraus die Navigation.
Der digitalisierte Fuhrpark liegt in Ihrer Hand! Nutzen Sie Möglichkeiten der digitalen Formulare und PDFs, um Ihren Fuhrpark endlich vom Papier-Wahnsinn zu befreien. Lassen Sie Lieferscheine direkt am Smartphone Ihrer Fahrer unterzeichnen uvm.
Werden über BlueLOGICO® die Daten des DTCO im LKW fernausgelesen, wird eine Restlenkzeiten-Berechnung durchgeführt. Diese wird natürlich auch dem Fahrer in der TEOS®-App zur Verfügung gestellt und er sieht z.B. seine aktuell verbleibende Lenkzeit bis zur nächsten Pause oder Tagesruhezeit und vieles mehr. (Für diese Funktion ist eine im LKW verbaute Box notwendig).
Mit den frei definierbaren Fahrerstati ermöglichen Sie dem Fahrer eine leichte Eingabe seiner momentanen Tätigkeit (z.B. für eine Zeiterfassung) und einen Schnellzugriff auf z.B. Tankformulare, Fotos, Unfallberichte und vieles mehr. Über den Fahrerstatus können auch virtuell verortete Geräte aufgestellt werden.
Über diese Funktion können auch Silos, Abrollcontainer oder sonstige Geräte auf der Karte virtuell platziert werden damit der Disponent sieht, wo sie stehen und ein Fahrer sie über die TEOS®-App jederzeit wiederfinden kann. Die Identifizierung der Geräte kann über NFC-Chips, QR-Codes oder durch Nummerneingabe sichergestellt werden. Der Fahrer findet den Silo oder den Abrollcontainer nicht? - Kein Problem, mit der TEOS®-App kann er mit der Umkreissuche nach virtuell verorteten Geräten im Umkreis suchen und auf Knopfdruck die Navigation starten.
Auf Basis der Daten der Fahrstilanalyse erstellt unsere Software ein Echtzeit-Fahrertraining und übermittelt dieses über die TEOS®-App. Der Fahrer erhält wichtige Informationen und Anweisungen zu seinem Fahrstil direkt auf das Smartphone. Dem Fahrer wird in Echtzeit angezeigt, wie er mit einem angepassten Fahrstil die Tour optimal fährt, Treibstoffkosten einspart und Unfälle vermeidet. (Für diese Funktion ist eine im LKW verbaute Box und eine freigeschaltene FMS-Schnittstelle vom LKW notwendig).
Alternativ zur normalen Anmeldung an der TEOS®-App kann sich der Fahrer auch mit einem NFC-Chip am Führerschein anmelden indem er diesen auf die Rückseite des Handys oder Tablet hält. Damit ist dann automatisch sichergestellt, dass der Fahrer auch noch seinen Führerschein besitzt. Die Anmeldungen mit dem Führerschein werden in BlueLOGICO® protokolliert und Sie können damit nachweisen, dass Sie den Führerscheinbesitz regelmäßig kontrollieren.
