Monitoring of the cooling chain
As soon as the required sensor technology was installed, data from the cooling data recorder will be transmitted in real-time to our software. In addition, data will be analyzed and archived. In addition, special alarm settings can be defined. These settings determine when an alarm will be set off – either for a group of vehicles, or a single truck. In case of measurements outside the pre-defined range for a longer than defined time-frame, responsible employees and/or personnel will be automatically informed – either via text-message or E-Mail. Any additional actions or measures to be taken as pre-defined or required by quality management routines can be arranged online and will be recorded and tracked automatically to ensure complete documentation including position data. The dispatcher of the QM-manager can easily track if and when any problems have occurred and how these were taken care of and/or resolved.
Monitoring of tire pressure
Additional sensor technology allows continuous monitoring of tire pressures of all the tires of your vehicles including trailers. Every tire is equipped with a sensor to ensure continuous monitoring. Data are being transmitted in real-time and made available at the driver display of the driver. Data will also be forwarded to the dispatcher. This ensures that both, the driver, and the responsible dispatcher are updated continuously and can react timely and properly, if required. This way possible attrition and/or damages can be delayed or even avoided. The optimized usage of the tires will save money.
